The challenge lies with the broad segments of people from all walks of life. From drivers that affect purchase to different different customer journeys, we had to look into a framework to deliver a close up on different behaviour patterns in an informative and concise manner.
“Our Customers #CloseUp” was chosen as a call to action for employees of this large UK retailer to really get to know their customers beyond big data.
